Summer Solstice Energy Message

The season has shifted. The energy has too.

The summer solstice marks the longest day of the year. A turning point. A moment when the light stretches out and reminds us how powerful change can be.

For me, the solstices are sacred. They’re one of God’s most magnificent rhythms—seasonal sermons that remind us of the beauty in transition. Summer brings high energy, growth, joy, warmth, and movement. It’s a time to breathe deeper, laugh louder, and get clear on what we’re creating.

But here’s what I’m seeing in the collective right now:

A lot of people are feeling disconnected.
Unfulfilled. Apathetic.
Going through the motions.
Bored with their routines.
Tired of living a life that doesn’t feel like their own.

If that’s you, you’re not alone. And it’s not something to be ashamed of. But it is something to pay attention to.

Because summer doesn’t wait.
This is not the season to stay still.
This is the season for movement.

Swift energy is here, and it’s asking you to take action.
If something in your life doesn’t feel right, this is your cue to change it.
If you’ve been sitting on a dream, an idea, or a decision, this is your sign to move.

Slow feet don’t eat.

You don’t need to have all the answers.
You just need to stop waiting for the perfect moment and start creating it.

Let this be the summer you choose yourself.
Let it be the season where you stop settling and start shifting.

Let Spirit guide you. But take the step.
