Full Buck Moon in Aquarius | July 29-30, 2026

What is the truth underneath these emotions?

The Full Buck Moon in Aquarius arrives after what has been a highly emotionally charged Cancer season for much of the collective. Full moons are always a time for release, reflection, and shedding what no longer serves us so that we can make room for what does. As always, I encourage you to create your own release ritual during this time. You can write down what you are ready to let go of, release it to God through prayer, or simply take quiet time to reflect. Whatever works for you.

For the collective, the strongest message coming through under this full moon is that something may have felt stuck or stale for a while. Things have not been moving in the way they need to, and now you are being called to honestly assess why.

For some of you, the stuckness may be coming from stubbornness, resistance, or ego. Maybe there is something you know needs to change, but you have been digging your heels in. If you genuinely want movement, there comes a point where you have to be willing to break the deadlock yourself. You cannot continue doing the same thing while expecting the situation around you to change.

But there is another side to this message. Something may feel stuck because it simply requires more time. You may actually need staying power, patience, and faith because what you have been working toward is closer to manifestation than you realize. In that case, standing firm is very different from being stubborn.

That is why self-reflection is so important under this full moon.

Ask yourself honestly: Am I being stubborn? Am I resisting something that I know needs to change? Am I the one holding back progress? Or have I done what I can and now need to have patience, faith, and staying power?

The answer will not be the same for everyone, but the collective is being called toward movement. That movement may begin internally by honestly addressing what is happening within you. It may require you to stop digging your heels in. Or it may mean recognizing that you have done what you can and allowing things to unfold without trying to force the outcome.

There is also a strong message around detachment. If you have felt stuck in a situation for a while, it may be time to loosen your grip on it. Maybe you have been keeping yourself stuck. Maybe someone else has been keeping you at arm’s length. Maybe a situation has simply taken a long time to move forward. Whatever the circumstances, you are being asked to take an honest look at what is actually happening rather than continuing to hold onto what you hoped would happen.

Allow life to unfold and progress, even when change feels frightening. If resistance is part of what has kept things stagnant, the message is clear that it is time to stop resisting. Be aware of your feelings, but also be aware of the reality and truth of the situation in front of you.

For some, that truth may be that it is time to move on. It may be time to leave something where it is. It may be time to forgive. For others, the answer may be internal, requiring you to look honestly at yourself and make the changes necessary within you.

Aquarius energy is very different from the energy of holding on too tightly. Under this full moon, ask yourself: What needs to go? What is the right thing to do? What am I currently resisting? Where am I holding on because I am afraid of what happens if I let go?

You may simply be being called to take stock of where you are, especially in the areas of your life where things have felt stagnant. The overall message under this Full Buck Moon is about honest assessment followed by honest steps forward. Things have been stale long enough. It is time to understand why and determine what needs to happen so movement can begin again.

Coming out of Cancer season makes this message even more significant. The last several weeks may have brought emotions to the surface that you were not expecting. Things may have come up that needed to be addressed after being left untouched for a long time. You may have had to feel things you would rather not have felt or confront things you would rather not have confronted.

Now comes the next step.

After the emotional release and emotional activity, ask yourself: What is the truth underneath these emotions? What do I need to change? What do I need to let go of? What do I need to do next?

Be honest about the answers. Then allow yourself to move.
