Today I feel inclined to share my personal affirmations that I feel have improved my life.
As always with affirmations, we put in action behind the affirmations that were using. Make sure to take some time for yourself today to take action towards the affirmations that you are speaking.
These should be done in the morning & before bed close your eyes & take a few deep breaths to get relaxed.
1. I am powerful, I am strong
2. I am beautiful inside & out
3. I am Intelligent
4. I am Successful
5. I am Confident
6. I am Healthy emotionally,mentally, physically, & spiritually
7. I trust my heart, I trust my intuition
8. I am loved
9. I exude loving , peaceful, positive energy
10. My relationships are in harmony
